Scope of application
This data protection declaration informs users according to DSVGO and Telemediengesetz about the type and use of transmitted data when using this website.
Note: There is always the possibility of security gaps when transferring data over the Internet. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
Not the site operator, but the site provider collects data about accesses to the site within the scope of data retention and saves them as "server log files". The following data is logged:
Time of the visit
Amount of data sent in bytes
Source/reference that led to the page (e.g. result page of a search engine)
Operating system used
IP address used
The data collected is stored by the provider in a text file, but can be visualized with the Webalizer program in the form of diagrams or tables. They are used for statistical evaluations to improve and protect the website from hackers. The log files are automatically deleted after 7 days.
The programs are installed by default on the hosting package rented from us - even if we do not use them. In contrast to external statistics programs, no data is transferred to an external server.
Current browsers offer the option of not accepting cookies in the settings. You can usually find this setting under "Settings->Privacy and Security". The formulation may vary slightly depending on the browser.
Third Party Services and Content
Embedded or linked services via third-party servers can also establish a connection or store cookies. If possible, we use such services directly on our web space, so that no connection to the provider can be established. However, the following third-party services are used on this website:
This data protection declaration does not apply to websites of other providers to which we refer via hyperlinks on our websites. When you visit these pages, their data protection conditions apply.
Handling of personal data
The website operator himself does not collect and store any personal data such as IP address, name, address or telephone number. Unless the user sends them voluntarily in a common interest, for example by e-mail or contact form to the website operator.
Handling of contact data
If you contact the website operator through the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Encrypted transmission of form data
Every time forms are sent (e.g. via a contact form), there is a theoretical risk that data may be read by third parties. In order to minimize this risk, the website operator uses encrypted transmission.
Rights of the user: Information, correction and deletion
Upon your request, you as a user will receive free information about which personal data about you has been stored. If your wish does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have a right to have incorrect data corrected and your personal data blocked or deleted.
